All shipping services used by Willie Burton provide a tracking number. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.

Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. 

We provide free worldwide shipping on orders over $250.

On all orders under $250 a flat rate of $10 applies.

North America: 3-5 Business Days

UK & Europe: 5-7 Business Days

Asia, Australia & Select Countries: 5-11 Business Days

For shipments outside of North America, please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

When you place an order with WILLIE BURTON a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.


All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send request within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Merchandise marked sale cannot be returned.

The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of WILLIE BURTON. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the WILLIE BURTON studio. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside North America. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive to WILLIE BURTON within the above stated timeframe. Please note that WILLIE BURTON does not accept liability for returned goods.


When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
